You MUST get yourself into a party with one of the Counsels when you arrive. The waiting time will be 10-30 minutes depending on how fast guild members arrive. You are allowed to train in the SAME MAP after being assigned to the party.

If there are less than 5 people signing up, the guild event is cancelled and another trial guild event will be organised after discussion amongst the Counsels.

RULES

• If someone entered the map first and tells you to change channels, regardless of how he/she says it (e.g. "cc pls", "change channels please", "cc plox omfgwtfbbq"), you still have to do it.
  

• If you entered the map first and someone comes in, don't ask him/her to change channels unless he/she KS-es you.
  

• If we discover that you are defaming anyone during the guild event, you will immediately be kicked out of your party. The Counsel in charge of your party is required to settle matters between you and the person you defamed through a chatroom. Any defaming due to a fault on your part results in demotion or expulsion from the guild.

Hi. I want to attend this event. Finally we have an event LOL. Count me in gwee.

I believe we will have future events. So its okay if you cant turn up. Anyway the event will be cancelled if there are no people attending.

lol doesn't look like this event is a go.. only 2 people replied so far(not including me). Oh well, it is a TRIAL anyway. Guess we have to pick another event. Maybe if all the counsels discuss it and we give people a bit more time to sign up and not decide the day before, it will have better success next time?

srry my computer was being a bich and wouldent let me get on the internet last night so i couldent post my reply but i can make it to the event but alot of ppl need to sign up still they should stop slacking and sign up!!!! lol more people need to actualy go on the forum that would make this kind of announcement more useful but i guess it cant be helped some ppl are just oblivious.

Ehh... probably a good thing it didn't work out this time. I was out of town for most of the day but I made time to attend the event. It turns out I was too tired when I came home to even go on the net for more than 10 minutes so I went to bed.

Rock: is 6 October okay if we use the exact same playing time? 29 September might still be too soon.

at the last second me and my freinds decided to go play vollyball like the exact time of the event so i was afk for a few hrs my bad but i see noone else signed up   so the raid on zmmm was a failure so sad      

Thid may be due to the diff timezones.

We should make the guild event: every logone on at -set time- to recieve mesos(all on or no meso prize). Lol see if that gets a response lol. But there isn't really a lot to do in terms of involing a large number of the guild to do events. Unless we make an event to train in parties. Even then it will be hard to co-ordinate events due to the different timezones(guild master and jr masters - North America; guild members - M'sia and Sig) Maybe events will be more successful if we have more diversity in the timezones.

Haha. I see. My friend from another guild has events like know ur guildmate contest. Like question and answer with prizes and so on. Tis is brief, but the system is kinda fun.

Not so much errors. Rather, it just happened too soon and everyone didn't have time to make sure their schedule fits.
