How do I set an avatar and signature??? Can anyone tell me plz???

Click on the "profile" button to the RIGHT SIDE of "register"

This will take you to a new page.

Click "edit your profile".

In that page, scroll down until you see "avatar" and "signature".

You'll know what to do with them when you see them.

 I was wondering if there is away to import a picture for my avatar from files in  my computer if i cant thats ok but it would be awsome if i could thnx

I don't think you can. But if you sign up to http://www.photobucket.com , you can upload images from your computer and hotlink them.

I'm having problems trying to put my avatar. When I put the URL in the space provided, the pic doesnt show up! So, I settled for one in the gallery. Its okay I guess.

What kind of URL is it? Are you sure that the URL is from a server that enables hotlinking?

It was from photobucket. It was the IMG one.

The one you should be posting looks a bit like this:
"http://a12.photobucket.com/albums/0000/username/image.gif"

The IMG is for bbforum coding (such as this forum)
The <a href..... is for putting images on websites with HTML.

I seem to be able to only use avatars provided in the forum's gallery. Is it just me or is only the avatars from gallery allowed?

To have an avatar, all you need in that section of the profile is the URL, not the BBcode. That means all you need to type in there is "http://i91.photobucket.com/albums/k298/nairage/logo.jpg"
using your signature for example.

i put the img thingy in my signature as well. LOL. im lost.

You can also go to www.imageshack.us and you don't have to sign up for an account there. After uploading just scroll down and copy the "Direct Link" and paste it in the avatar thing <_<
